[ハウツー] ぶきっちょさんでもできた! 「炊飯器でつくるチーズケーキ」が超おいしい | ライフ | マイコミジャーナル 炊飯器でつくる絶品チーズケーキ 材料(5合炊きの炊飯器で1台分) クリームチーズ 200g 小麦粉 大さじ3.5 卵 2個 砂糖 60g 生クリーム 200cc レモン果汁大さじ1 つくり方 クリームチーズは室温に戻すか電子レンジで温めて、やわらかくしておく。これをボウルに入れ、ヘラでなめらかな状態に。 1のボウルに小麦粉と卵、砂糖、生クリームを入れて、泡立て器でダマがなくなるまで混ぜる。最後にレモン果汁を入れてさらに混ぜる。 炊飯釜に2を入れ、炊飯器で炊飯! 1度の炊飯では完成しないことが多いので、炊飯を何度か繰り返す。表面に火が通り、竹串を斜めに刺し入れて、生地が付いてこなかったら焼き上がり。 冷めるまで置いてからひっくり返す。熱いうちにひっくり返すと生地がやわらかくて割れてしまうので注意。

炊飯器でつくる絶品チーズケーキ

材料(5合炊きの炊飯器で1台分)
  • クリームチーズ 200g
  • 小麦粉 大さじ3.5
  • 卵 2個
  • 砂糖 60g
  • 生クリーム 200cc
  • レモン果汁大さじ1
つくり方
  1. クリームチーズは室温に戻すか電子レンジで温めて、やわらかくしておく。これをボウルに入れ、ヘラでなめらかな状態に。
  2. 1のボウルに小麦粉と卵、砂糖、生クリームを入れて、泡立て器でダマがなくなるまで混ぜる。最後にレモン果汁を入れてさらに混ぜる。
  3. 炊飯釜に2を入れ、炊飯器で炊飯! 1度の炊飯では完成しないことが多いので、炊飯を何度か繰り返す。表面に火が通り、竹串を斜めに刺し入れて、生地が付いてこなかったら焼き上がり。
  4. 冷めるまで置いてからひっくり返す。熱いうちにひっくり返すと生地がやわらかくて割れてしまうので注意。
