朝早起きしてできた時間は、電話や来客などの周囲の阻害要因がないので「種まき」をするには最適の時間。ぜひ有効活用したいものです。でも、早起きしたにもかかわらず、その時間をついつい、だらだらネット徘徊などの「思いつき」で埋めてしまう誘惑が襲います。 せっかく早起きしても、それでは意味がありません。だから、自分の行動を「見える化」して、きちんと「種まき」できているかを振り返るための手段として、Googleカレンダーを使うという手があります。
